Confidence doesn’t come naturally to us all. Being unconfident, whether you have felt it since childhood or it has manifested itself in adulthood, can feel like a huge challenge. The very idea of communicating with others can leave palms sweaty, hands shaking and flight mode engaged.
Over gentle and holistic one-to-one sessions I will help you learn techniques that will, overtime, allow you to feel comfortable with the basics of communication, eye contact and being in a room (virtual or otherwise) with others, and help you deal with any nerves that come. We will then progress to how you can find joy in communication and discover what a confident you would look like. This workshop is tailored around you and will go at the pace which you are comfortable with. Suitable for all.
